Redfern Health Centre

 The practice has been accepted as a Primary Care Research Network site and will be contributing to ongoing health studies. This year we will be involved in projects organised by the Universities of Oxford, Exeter and the Peninsula Medical School. Subjects include:

* Identifying symptoms and measurements which predict which coughing patients will develop pneumonia.

* Assessment of the impact of exercise advice.

* Consideration of the genetic and environmental influences affecting Diabetes.

All studies are ethically approved with consent and data protection rights followed.
