Dear Patient.

We would like to know how to improve our services and are setting up a patient representation group PRG so you can have your say. We will ask questions from this group from time to time; such as, what you think about quality of care. We will use various methods of contact according to your preferences. We aim to contact as wide a spectrum of patients as possible. We need every one - young people, workers, retirees, people suffering from long-term conditions and people from non-ethnic groups.
