We welcome new patients to the practice. If you are a resident within the practice area as shown on the map, please contact a member of our reception staff, who will issue the appropriate documentation. All new patients aged 5 years and over are offered an introductory appointment with the practice nurse for a basic medical check and with your doctor if you are on any regular medication. This health check provides us with an opportunity to meet you and obtain important background medical history prior to your medical records arriving from your previous practice. The surgery premises have access and car parking for disabled patients and for the hard of hearing we have a hearing loop at reception and a portable loop.
